摘要

通过对离心式送风机不同出力下运行参数异常的分析

确认其原因为入口导叶反旋

据此对入口导叶进行了检修调整

消除了故障。同时

对相同导叶开度下

入口气流反预旋及正预旋时的风机电流进行了比较

并利用速度三角形及欧拉方程式

对造成此现象的原因进行了简要分析。

Abstract

Through analysis of abnormal operation parameters under different output capacity of centrifugal fans

it has been believed that the cause to be backward rotation of the inlet guide blades.Based on this

the inlet guide blades have been repaired and adjusted

and the fault being eliminated.At the same time

comparison of the fans' electric current when the inlet air flow to be backward prerotation and forward prerotation has been carried out under same open degree

and causes resulting in said phenomenon have been briefly analysed by using velocity triangle and Oular equation.
