摘要

从发电机运行可靠性角度

对SIEMENSKWU公司提供的百万千瓦级THDF系列发电机主要设计参数取值合理性进行了初步分析。内容包括:气隙取值及其对发电机短路比的影响;转子本体直径取值及其对转子护环受力状况的影响;风扇压头取值及其对发电机转子绕组、铁心压圈温升的影响。

Abstract

From the viewpoint of generator’s operation reliability

the reasonableness of chosen value for main design parameters concerning THDF series generators of million kW grade has been analysed. The content includes: Chosen value of air gap and its influence upon the short circuit ratio; Chosen value of diameter for rotor proper and its influence upon stressed situation of the rotor’s retaining ring; Chosen value of pressure head for the fan

and its influence upon temperature rise of the rotor winding and the rotor camping ring for the generator.
