摘要

针对国产 12 5MW (135MW )机组发电机后轴承异常振动问题

在取得了大量现场试验数据的基础上

充分利用转子动力学的研究成果并结合多年现场工作经验

对该型机组的发电机后轴承异常振动机理进行了详细的分析

提出了处理解决的途径。实践证明

对振动分析及处理方法是行之有效的。

Abstract

Directing against the problem of abnormal vibration of generator's rear bearing for homemade 125MW(135MW) units

analysis of the said problem has been carried out in detail based on vast amount of field test data obtained from thorough tests and study

and on making full use of research achievements regarding rotor dynamics

and combining with work experience of many years in the field

suggesting ways for remedying and resolving the said problem. Practice shows that the analysis and remedial method for the vibration problem to be effective.
