The clean incineration of municpal solid wastes(MSW) in ciculating fluidized bed (CFB) incinerators requires the temperature in furnace of the entire incinerator to be controlled in a certain range. Based on test data in practical operation of a CFB MSW incenerator
a mathematic model of temperature distribution in furnace of a CFB MSW incinerator has been established
and a relative gain matrix of the system being calculated
and reasonable match of the furnace temperature controlling variables
as well as reasonable strategy of decoupling control and of feedfront control
being put forward on the said basis. Simulation results show that the said strategy to be effective
having important reference value for controlling CFB MSW incinerators.
