摘要

针对火力发电厂传统定时检修模式的弊端

提出了一种全新的检修策略。该检修策略将设备作为研究的出发点

以设备之间在检修特性上的差异为线索

对检修类别作了重新划分

其中包括 4种类型 :例行性集中检修 (RCR)、间隔性集中检修 (ICR)、日常预知性维护与检修 (DPMR)和突发事故下检修(AR)。为RCR、ICR、DPMR构建了最优检修数学模型。模型深入考虑了设备的运行特性

并以经济性最优作为目标函数。

Abstract

Directing against the traditional mode regarding periodical repair in thermal power plants

a fully new repair strategy has been put forward

making the equipments as the starting point of studying the said repair strategy and taking the difference in repair speciality among equipments as clues

including four sorts of repair works

namely routine centralized repair （RCR）

intermittent centralized repair （ICR）

daily predicted maintenance and repair （DPMR）

and accident repair （AR）. An optimal mathematic model has been established for RCR

ICR

DPMR and AR. The operating behavior of equipments has been thoroughly considered in the said model

and making optimization in economic aspects as the target function.
