摘要

对加湿的循环流化床锅炉灰渣可燃物的几种测定方法进行了分析比较

认为传统的灼烧减量法 (LOI)和直接测量法 (DDM)测量结果偏高

采用热重分析法与光谱联用 (TGAFTIR)修正的TGA测量结果最接近实际值 ;草酸酸洗干燥后按RS 2 6 183标准采用LOI测量并修正的方法

具有更高的准确度

且可操作性较强

Abstract

Several methods for determining combustibles in ash and slag from wetting CFB boilers have been analysed and compared

it is considered that the measured results of traditional LOI method and DDM method were somewhat higher

but the measured results of TGA method and corrected by using jointly TGA and FTIR were coming near to practical value. However

the measured value of using TGA method and corrected according to RS-26-1-83 standard after acid-cleaning with oxalic acid and drying-out has much higher accuracy

and its operable ability being comparatively strong.
