The retrofitting scheme of steam turbine No.6 in thermal power plant under Qilu Petro-Chemical Corp for capacity-upgrading and efficiency-enhancing

as well as analysis of effectiveness before and after retroffitting have been expounded. Through analysis of performance tests’ results before and after retrofitting

it is considered that the retrofit of steam turbine proper is succeessful

despite the fact that further improvement is still needed in aspects of thermodynamic system and cold end system. Some related recommodations are also given for troublesome problems existing still on the said units.
