煤灰熔融性测定对动力用煤和气化用煤来说是重要的常规测试项目

但人工观察判定煤灰熔融特性繁杂耗时且识别误差较大。利用计算机软件的图像处理功能来设计煤灰熔融性自动识别软件来代替人工观察

可极大地提高工作效率和精确度。对其中的一些难以解决的问题进行了探讨

The fusibility of coal ash is an important conventional test item of coal used for power generation and gasification

but identifying fusibility of coal by visual observation is a burdensome and time-consuming work

and the error of identification being comparatively large. Instead of visual observation

the image-dealing function of visual C++ has been used to design solftware for automatically identifying fusibility of coal ash

and some problems which are difficult to solve in this development being also discussed.
