摘要

靖远电厂 5、6号炉吹灰器使用中发生了多次吹损水冷壁和吹爆省煤器管的现象

分析认为IR 3D型炉膛吹灰器在炉膛不结焦的情况下

完全可以停用。同时

要正确使用长杆吹灰器

制定一个最佳吹扫周期

并且应加强对吹灰器的运行维护和管理。

Abstract

In application of soot blowers on boilers NO.5 and 6 at Jingyuan Power Plant

phenomena of blowing damage on water walls and tube-bursting on the economizers have occurred many times. Through analysis

it is considered that the IR-3D type soot blowers can be completely stopped under condition without slagging occurred in the furnace. At the same time

in order to correctly use the long-stem soot blowers

an optimal blowing cycle should be formulated

and operational maintenance and management of the soot blowers must be strengthened.
