摘要

用离散颗粒数值模拟方法对高温陶瓷过滤器滤饼的形成过程进行数值模拟

得出了滤饼的内部结构特性。研究发现 :(1)同种粉尘颗粒在滤饼内部的分布具有显著的不均匀性 ;(2 )在滤饼形成过程中

小粉尘颗粒向滤饼内部渗透的现象明显。

Abstract

The numerical simulation of cake’s forming process in high temperature ceramic filters has been carried out by using numerical simulation method of discrete particles

the features of cake’s internal structure having been obtained. It can be found from the reseach that: （1） the distribution of same size dust particles in the cake’s interior has obvious non-uniformity; （2） the phenomenon of fine dust particles’ penetration into the cake during its forming process is remarkable.
