摘要

介绍沙角C电厂设备管理与检修工作的经验

包括对消缺管理和预防性维修管理的改进

以及在引进英国ENGIA公司生产管理系统Q4W后

建立了大小修标准项目库

制定出工时定额

使大小修的每个项目、每个环节都受到监控。这种管理提高了决策的科学性

降低了检修成本

Abstract

Experiences of equipments' management and maintenance work in Shajiao C Power Plant haue been presented

including management of defects' elimination and management of preventive maintenance

as well as establishment of data-base about standard items of major overhaul and temporary repairs after introducing Q4W production management system from ENGIA Company

Egland

working out the norm of working hours

enabling every item and each segment of major overhaul and temporary repairs to be under supervision and control. The said management system enhanced the scientific quality of decision-making

reduced the cost of overhaul and repairs.
