介绍嘉兴发电有限责任公司 2号机组B磨煤机采用双可调煤粉分配器解决HP磨煤机风粉分配偏差的应用情况。工程应用实践证明

双可调煤粉分配器对解决HP磨煤机煤粉管道风粉分配偏差效果显著

可使各种工况下各煤粉管的风量偏差小于 5 %

煤粉量偏差小于 10 %

具有极高的工程应用价值

Abstract

A brief presentation of applying dually adjustable pulverized coal （PC） distributor for solving air-fuel mixture distribution deviation problem existting in HP pulverizer B of unit No.2 at Jiaxing Power Generation Co Ltd has been given

the engineering application of the said PC distributors shows

the distributor of this kind can considerably improve the distribution of air-fuel mixture

enabling the air-flow deviation in every pulverized-coal pipeline to be<5%

and pulverized-coal flow deviation to be<10% under various operation conditions

having extremly high value for engineering application.
