The abrasion properties of wear-resistant adhesive coatings have been studied on self-created abrasion test facility. The results show that the abrasion of coatings was influenced by many factors
such as attack angle
impact speed
and abradant dosage etc. The maximum abrasion rate was appeared at attack angle to be 75°. When the attack angle was small
the abrasion was mainly appeared as delamination of slices on the order of organic matters in the coating; while the attack angle was large
except the abrasion appeared as delamination of slices on the said order
there are also fillers’ serious breaking and peeling off due to elastically collapsing and cracking of organic matters in the coating.
