摘要

以潍坊电厂 1号机组 (30 0MW)为例

介绍了发电机内冷水系统采用化学清洗与MBT预膜的工艺条件和处理结果。实践表明 :发电机投入运行后

继续向内冷水中加入MBT

其浓度控制在 0 .5～2 .0mg/L

就可达到防腐防垢的目的。

Abstract

Taking 300 MW generating set No 1 in Weifang Power Plant as example

the technological condition and handing result of applying chemical cleaning and MBT film-formation in the system of generator’s internal cooling water are presented.The practice indicates that the purpose of anti-corrosion and anti-scaling can be realized after putting the said generator into operation by continuously dosing MBT into internal cooling water

and keeping the density of MBT in the range of 0.5～2.0 mg/L.
