对国内多家电厂汽轮机油乳化与污染的现状进行了调查

并对其原因进行了分析。认为汽轮机油的乳化主要由汽轮机轴封不严

使大量蒸汽漏入凝结所致

而油的污染则为油系统设计缺陷、安装后冲洗不彻底以及运行维护不良引起。分析后提出了相应的改进措施

On the basis of investigation results in many power plants

it can be considered that the emulsification of turbine oil under operation is mainly caused by untightness of shaft seal

enabling a large amount of steam leaks in and condensed in oil

whereas the pollution of turbine oil has occured under some conditions

such as defects in the designed oil system

unthorough flushing the system after installation

and bad maintenance in operation.At last

appropriate improvement measures has been proposed.
