摘要

发电用煤的监督与管理存在较多问题。只有在监督管理中加强科学技术的投入

才能保证发电部门不断降低发电成本和提高电力企业的竞争力。

Abstract

There are many problems in management and supervision of power generation coal.Only the strengthening of investment in science and technologies can assure the power generating enterprieses of reducing the power production cost and increasing their competitiveness.
