对西固热电厂７号炉点火母管弯头爆裂事故进行了分析。通过对破口的宏观、微观检验，材料性能试验，金相组织分析等一系列综合试验得出：爆管是因腐蚀介质和外部应力共同作用产生应力腐蚀而导致管道破裂。

An analysis is made on tube bent burst of boiler ignition system.Based on a number of tests

like macro/micro examination of fractures

performance of materials and metallurgical structure anslysis

it is concluded that the tube burst was caused by the stress corrosion due to the combined effects of corrosion medium and external stress.
