摘要

本文阐述了汽轮机速度控制系统和超速保护装置的功能及甩负荷试验对汽轮发电机组安全运行的重要性，并介绍了国外经验。建议按照有关的规定认真制订措施，严格执行，以保证试验正常进行。

Abstract

Expounded in this peper are the functions of sped control system and overspeed protection device for turbines and theimportance of load rejection test for the safe operation of turbogenerators. Author makes a suggection to insure the successful test by serious working- out and strict implement of measures.
