摘要

汽轮机末级叶片的水蚀磨损是目前大型发电机组普遍存在的技术问题。本文从工艺和实用上介绍了电刷镀技术应用于末级叶片抗水蚀磨损的可行性

并重点就镀层的材料选择、应力影响、结合强度问题进行了探讨。

Abstract

Water erosion is a common problem found now in large capacity generating units. This paper presents a feasibility study on the electric brush plating of the last stage blade with discussing mainly on material selection

effect of stress and strengh of bending.
