电压和电流波形数据包含有关电力系统行为最真实和最精细的信息。整合不同位置测得的同步波形数据有助于理解电力系统的动态特性,并提高监测、保护和控制电网系统及其设备的能力。文章首先从监测系统构成、数据特征和优缺点等层面,沿着监测手段发展的脉络对比现有电网监测方式,明确同步波形数据及其量测系统与传统电网量测数据及监测系统的不同。重点针对电网谐波、宽频振荡、故障识别和电网全面感知等领域,阐明传统监测手段在该应用领域的局限性,并给出现有研究将同步波形数据推广应用所取得的成果。最后,讨论同步波形数据当前的应用限制和未来研究方向。
