准确评估船用发动机运行状态是对其实施正确运维决策的前提,船用发动机结构复杂,运行状态难以准确量化评估,一直困扰船用发动机智能运维技术的工程应用.提出基于模糊层次分析法(FAHP)构造具有3层模糊结构的发动机运行状态评估模型,并提供模型效果评估准则,结合灰狼优化算法(GWO)反向优化状态评估模型的评价矩阵,提高模型的自适应性,以便于在各种机型上灵活应用;然后利用长短期记忆网络(LSTM)预测发动机运行状态,优选网络滑动窗口设置和隐含层个数,提升发动机多状态的预测精度和时效性;最后,利用某型16缸柴油机试验数据集验证,对目标运行状态的评估精度为97.8%,异常状态评估结论与柴油机实际劣化状态吻合,运行状态预测误差小于2.5%,所建模型能准确评估并预测发动机运行状态.
