Aiming at the problem of low generating power of a northern nuclear power plant in summer
by comparing the design parameters
steam turbine selection
unit output curve and unit generating capacity comprehensively
the characteristics of northern unit output in the north in summer was analyzed. By comparing the output characteristics of the same reactor type nuclear power units in the South and North
it is found that the unit output of CPR1000 reactor type nuclear power plant changes with the temperature of seawater. However
due to the different low-pressure cylinder configuration and steam exhaust area of the South and North units
the change trend of unit output with seawater temperature is more obvious under the working condition of the North unit in summer
the temperature of seawater changes by 1 ℃
the output variation of the unit can reach 8-10 MW
which may be lower than that of the unit in the South in a short period of time. But this is normal because of the output characteristics of the unit in North. On this basis
to improve the summer output of North nuclear power unit
a small increase of primary circuit thermal power and frequency conversion transformation of circulating water pump were proposed.
