which is difficult to support the domestic realization of the goal. It is necessary to find ways to solve the problem and break through several key technologies. This paper analyzes in detail the urgency of global warming

the upper limit requirement of temperature anomaly

the current situation of domestic carbon emission

the pressure of carbon reduction in peak period

platform period

decline period and neutralization period

and expounds the continuous efforts of domestic carbon emission control. It is proposed that electricity

industry

construction and transportation are the four key areas of carbon reduction

and four ways to achieve the goal of "double carbon" in these areas are found

namely

monitoring key energy consuming enterprises

deeply promoting the construction of carbon trading market

accelerating the adjustment of energy structure and increasing ecological carbon sink; It also puts forward five key breakthrough technologies

including zero carbon power technology

the R ＆ D and commercialization process of zero carbon non electric energy technology

energy-saving and material saving technology and resource product recycling technology

foreign exchange increase technology and negative emission technology

and promotes coupling integration and optimization technology.
