As an important intermediate of nylon products

cyclohexanone still has the problem of low conversion rate after continuous improvement of its industrial production method

so there is a lot of room for improvement. In this paper

the main technology development process of industrial production of cyclohexanone is discussed in detail. In recent research

it is found that the conversion and selectivity of the catalytic oxidation process are greatly improved by the biomimetic catalytic system

but the reaction conditions are relatively harsh and the reuse effect is poor. The use of porous materials supported catalyst can not only improve the yield

but also make the catalyst recovery more convenient. Therefore

more attention should be paid to the direction of industrial production in the future research.
