摘要

垃圾填埋场渗滤液为难降解高浓度有机废水

处理难度较大。以某生活垃圾填埋场升级改造工程设计为依托

从垃圾渗滤液的来源、水质、水量、处理工艺、单体构筑物、运行效果及投资等多方面详细介绍渗滤液处理工艺设计

确定该工程采用两级A/O （缺氧/好氧）-MBR （膜生物反应器）-NF （纳滤）/RO （反渗透）的组合工艺。实际运行结果表明

该工艺处理效果好

出水COD

≤100 mg/L

-N质量浓度≤25 mg/L

可满足GB 16889—2008 《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》的要求。

Abstract

Landfill leachate is difficult to degrade high concentration organic wastewater

so it is difficult to treat it. Based on the upgrading project design of a domestic waste landfill

the author introduces the design of leachate treatment process in detail from the source

water quality

water quantity

treatment process

single structure

operation effect and investment of leachate. The combined process of two-stage A/O（anoxic/aerobic）-MBR（membrane bioreactor）-NF（nanofiltration）/RO（reverse osmosis） is adopted in the project. The practical operation results show that the treatment effect of the process is good.The COD

of effluent is less than 100 mg/L and NH

-N is less than 25 mg/L

which can meet the requirements of the pollution control sta

ndard for domestic waste landfill（GB 16889—2008）.
