可以有效规避风险

提高工程效率和质量。以电厂实际改造工程项目为例

通过对工程计划的制定、执行和监督检查等各环节进行精细化管理

实现项目效益最大化。

Abstract

The technical renovation project of the power plant has the characteristics of long cycle

complex processes and greater risks. Project management innovation can effectively avoid risks and improve project efficiency and quality. In this paper

through the formulation of the project plan
