With the increase of the number of units participating in the peak load regulation of the power grid
it is required that high-power units participate in the peak load regulation operation
which requires that the steam driven feed pump of the unit not only has good economy and stability under long-term operation conditions
but also cannot increase the energy consumption index of the turbine feed pump too much under other variable conditions. In order to obtain the best performance working point of the steam feed pump
the efficiency of the steam feed pump is calculated by using the rated speed performance curve of the steam feed pump and the similar theory. Combined with the characteristics of the site steam feed pump equipment
thermal design characteristics
the relationship between the operation parameters of the feed pump
the parameters of the small turbine and the load of the main engine
through the comparison and theoretical calculation of each operation condition of the turbine feed pump. The results show that the first is the best speed regulation mode of sliding pressure operation
the second is the speed regulation mode of constant pressure operation
and the worst is the speed regulation mode of constant pressure operation.
