摘要

膜式壁制造出现的压痕质量问题是困扰锅炉制造厂家的常有现象

现总结本公司出现的此类情况

对压痕出现的原因进行了分析

并针对压痕时常出现的具体位置及其设备装配尺寸误差造成的原因

采取了调整设备装配精度以及用工装模具保证膜式壁宽度尺寸等预防处理措施

执行后得到良好的效验。

Abstract

The quality problem of indentation in membrane wall manufacturing is a common phenomenon that disturbs boiler manufacturers. This paper summarizes this kind of situation in our company

analyzes the causes of the indentation

and takes preventive measures

such as adjusting the equipment assembly accuracy and using tooling based on the specific location of the indentation and the causes of the equipment assembly size error to ensure the width and size of membrane wall. After the implementation of those measures

the results prove to be effective.
