摘要

针对某火电厂投产初期经常发生一次风机喘振故障的情况

分析风机发生喘振故障的原因和现象

提出事故处理时的具体应对操作方法

再对磨煤机一次风量测量设备进行改造及一次风控制函数的优化调整

彻底解决了一次风机喘振的问题

提高了火电厂的安全性及经济性。

Abstract

Aiming at the situation that a wind turbine surge accident occurs frequently in the initial stage of a thermal power plant. This paper analyzes the causes and phenomena of the surge event of the wind turbine

and propose the specific operation method when the accident is handled. Then

the primary air volume measurement equipment of the coal mill is modified and once. The optimization and adjustment of the wind control function completely solved the problem of a surge of the wind turbine and improved the safety and economy of the thermal power plant.
