系统地阐述了分宜发电厂技术改造管理中存在的问题、管理思路、优化措施及要求等。强化技改项目管理

提升技改项目管理水平

不仅是火电企业保障电力安全生产工作的需要

也是提高企业财务核算工作水平的需要

最终体现的是企业整体管理水平的提升。

Abstract

This paper systematically expounds the existing problems

management ideas

optimization measures and requirements in technical transformation management of Fenyi power plant. Strengthening the management of technical reform projects and improving the management level of technical reform projects are not only the needs of thermal power enterprises to ensure the safety of power production

but also the needs of improving the level of enterprise financial accounting

which ultimately reflects the improvement of the overall management level of enterprises.
