介绍了采用冷轧基料开轧的控制要点及对冷轧基料集约化生产的工艺研究。解决了热轧厂面临的合同结构单一、来料计划不合理等带来的轧制计划编制困难、产品质量隐患等问题。经过一段时间的生产实践

效果显著。

Abstract

The main points of control for cold rolling base rolling and the technology for intensive production of cold rolled base materials are introduced. The problems such as the difficulty in making rolling plan and the hidden danger of product quality are solved in the hot rolling mill. After a period of production practice

the effect is remarkable.
