摘要

燃煤电厂节能降耗是非常重要的一项工作

通过对锅炉所属设备及系统进行节能诊断

找出存在的问题主要有:再热汽温偏差大、烟气中CO过高、锅炉启动燃油耗量大等

再对燃烧系统进行优化调整

对相关系统设备进行技术改造

加强锅炉运行节能管理

最终达到锅炉节能目的。

Abstract

Energy saving and consumption reduction in coal-fired power plant is a very important work. Energy-saving diagnosis are tested through equipment and the boiler system

and find out the mainly problems are large reheat steam temperature deviation

high CO in flue gas

boiler startup fuel consumption and so on. Then the combustion system is optimized and adjusted

technical transformation of related system and equipment is advanced

and strengthening the energy saving management of boiler operation

and achieve the purpose of saving energy for boiler.
