摘要

某厂从机组投运至今

在最近一次检修中发现吹灰器区域水冷壁吹损减薄现象愈发严重

通过分析吹灰器的运行参数及工作状态

得出吹损减薄的原因

并通过多方面考虑

得出吹损主因

并从割除后的起吊耳板得到启发

做出多项措施处置吹灰器区域水冷壁减薄现象。

Abstract

Since the plant has been transported from the unit

it has been found in a recent overhaul that the thinning of the water-cooled wall of the soot blower is becoming more and more serious.Through the analysis of the operation parameters and working conditions of the blower

the reasons for the loss and thinning are obtained

and the main causes of the blow loss are obtained through various considerations.After the lifting of the lifting lug board was inspired

a number of measures were taken to deal with the thinning of water cooling wall in the blower.
