摘要

火力电厂脱硝是大气治理的重要措施之一

脱硝工艺通常分为SNCR工艺、SCR工艺和SNCR/SCR混合工艺

此类工艺采用液氨或尿素作为还原剂。选取尿素热解作为还原剂的脱硝项目为研究对象

结合实例对其中的电气系统设计进行详细论述

并对比尿素法脱硝电气系统与液氨法脱硝电气系统设计的异同

为同类工程的设计提供参考。

Abstract

Thermal power plant denitration is one of the important measures of atmospheric controlling. The denitration process is usually divided into SNCR process

SCR process and SNCR/SCR hybrid process. The process adopts liquid ammonia or urea as reducing agent. With urea pyrolysis as the denitration project of reducing agent as research object

this paper discusses the electrical system design in detail with examples and compares the similarities and differences of urea denitration electrical system and liquid ammonia denitration electrical system to provide reference for the similar engineering design.
