摘要

介绍了焦化厂硫铵系统在使用SUS316L不锈钢期间存在的问题和主要经济指标

引进了HDPE孔网钢塑管

对母液循环管、母液回流管和加酸管的材质进行了改型。对改型后的运行效果进行了统计分析

进一步改进和完善

进而确保硫铵系统稳定运行

为后续工序的稳定生产提供必要条件。

Abstract

The problems and the main economic indicators of using SUS316 L stainless steel in the ammonium sulfate system of coking plant were presented. HDPE mesh steel-plastic pipes were introduced. The material quality of mother liquor circulation pipe

liquid return pipe and acid pipe was modified. The operation effects of modification were statistically analyzed and further improved. The stable operation of ammonium sulfate system was ensured and the necessary conditions for the stable production of subsequent processes were provided.
