摘要

采用无损检测的方法

对垃圾锅炉中集箱进口段的端盖与手孔之间的缺陷进行分析。分析结果表明

集箱进口段的端盖与手孔之间的缺陷为裂纹

其主要是受焊接热输入量的影响

致使奥氏体不锈钢产生热裂纹

并提出防止对奥氏体不锈钢焊接的工艺及相关措施。

Abstract

Through the medthod of nondestructive testing

and between the cover and hand-generated analysis of the defect on garbage of boiler. The analysis results show that the defect on garbage of boiler were cracks on between the cover and hand-generated. The cracks of austenitic stainless steels from the effect of heat input on welding

and proposed to prevent the welding process of austenitic stainless steel and related measures.
