On the basis of design principle of transformers

analysis is performed on the special tests of one transformer with fault in order to deduce the fault types and to judge the fault location

which will be used to offer effective inspection guidance to the production staff with appropriate targets to inspect

identify and solve the fault in a timely manner

and the repair cost can be reduced significantly for the factory.
