To address the issues of sideband current harmonics and vibroacoustic response caused by space vector pulse width modulation technology in permanent magnet synchronous motor
an analytical model of sideband current harmonics and radial electromagnetic force characteristics was derived
and their spectral distribution features and excitation mechanisms were revealed. To solve the problems of strong periodicity and uneven spectral distribution of pseudo-random sequences in traditional random carrier spread spectrum modulation technology
a chaotic-Markov chain random carrier spread spectrum modulation technology was proposed. Dynamic switching between Tent map and Logistic map was realized using Markov chain state transition mechanism to optimize the random number generation mechanism
and the aperiodicity and spectral uniformity of random sequences were improved. The multi-island genetic algorithm was applied to jointly optimize key parameters of the modulation technology
and the overall spreading effect of the modulation system was enhanced. Experimental results under steady-state and transient operating conditions show that the random sequences generated by chaotic-Markov chain random carrier spread spectrum modulation technology have a more uniform distribution
and exhibit better performance in sideband current harmonic dispersion and vibroacoustic response suppression.
