To resolve reduced transmission efficiency and output voltage fluctuations in inductive power transfer ( IPT) systems under load variations
a composite control strategy integrating maximum efficiency tracking with improved active disturbance rejection control was proposed. The transmission characteristics of the LCC-S IPT system were analyzed
and the relationship between transmission efficiency and the duty cycle of the secondary-side DC-DC circuit was derived. Impedance matching was then achieved by regu-lating this duty cycle through the primary-side Buck circuit
enabling maximum efficiency tracking con-trol. Concurrently
to enhance dynamic voltage regulation
an improved active disturbance rejection con- trol was designed by reducing the order of the extended state observer and incorporating model informa-tion
which strengthened disturbance compensation. Combined with a linear error feedback law
constant voltage control for the secondary-side DC-DC circuit was realized. An experimental IPT platform demon-strated that under wide load variations
the output voltage remained stable with a 12% average efficiency improvement over non-tracking systems. Compared with linear active disturbance rejection control ( LADRC)
the proposed controller requires fewer tuning parameters
delivers faster response under load fluctuations and reference voltage steps than PI/LADRC
