摘要

简要介绍了中国轻型车国6、重型发动机及车辆国Ⅵ、非道路移动机械第四阶段及船机第一和第二阶段法规内容，总结了下一代排放法规的主要更新内容：加强实际运行中的排放控制，用法规来推动“最好的排放控制技术”的发展和应用。通过与欧洲、美国相关法规的对比分析及对中国最新法规的解读，提出中国移动源排放法规的发展趋势和若干建议。

Abstract

Based on a brief introduction to China's light-duty vehicle CN 6

heavy-duty engine and vehicle CN Ⅵ

non-road mobile machinery stage Ⅳ

and marine engine stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ emission regulations

the main updates of content of the next generation emission regulations is summarized. The focus is to strengthen real-world emission controls and use regulations to promote the development and applications of “best emission control technologies”. At the same time

through the comparative analysis of the relevant regulations in Europe and the United States and the interpretation of the latest regulations in China

the development trend and some suggestions for China's mobile source emission regulations are put forward.
