As a transition zone between terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems
the management and protection of reservoir drawdown areas is of great significance to the operational safety of reservoir projects and the ecological security of rivers.Taking a problem-oriented approach as its starting point
this study first expounds on the practical significance of strengthening the management and protection of reservoir drawdown areas
then conducts an in-depth analysis of the issues existing in the management. The analysis covers multiple dimensions: policy systems
institutional mechanisms
ecological environment protection
land use and supervision
and the development of intelligent perception systems. This study applies dialectical thinking to analyze the principal contradictions behind the problems in drawdown areas management
and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve these problems—such as improving the legislation and law enforcement mechanism
