In order to improve the efficiency of water resource utilization and water-saving demonstration effect in civil airports

and promote the construction of a water-saving society

based on the research results of water conservation in civil airports in Jiangsu Province

combined with advanced experience of domestic and foreign airports

this article constructs an evaluation index system for water-saving civil airports. The article determines index weights by combining the G1 method and CRITIC method

applies the index system to evaluate and analyze civil airports in Jiangsu Province

proposes targeted suggestions. The evaluation index system constructed by the research takes into account both the subjective experience of experts and the objective situation of the airport. The criteria layer has high scores for water-saving management

water-saving facilities

and water-saving technology

while the indicator layer has the highest scores for operational service water consumption

unconventional water resource utilization

and water-saving publicity content. The evaluation results are reasonable and distinguishable

and are used to guide airports to carry out water-saving work

achieving significant economic and ecological benefits. This study can provide reference for exploring water-saving evaluation standards and exploring water-saving potential in key water industries such as domestic airports.
