In order to carry out risk assessment for the development and utilization of riverbank of the Yangtze River and further strengthen the management and protection of rivers and lakes
this article considers the actual situations from 5 aspects including flood control
ecological environment
water pollution
riverbank management
and high-quality socio-economic development
constructs a risk assessment system for the development and utilization of riverbank including 20 eva-luation indicators such as river stability
benthic animal diversity
water function zone compliance rate
river chief system implementation
and intensive utilization of the riverbank. Based on the improved grey fuzzy evaluation method
it evaluates the riverbank development and utilization risks of 35 functional areas along the Wuhan section.The evaluation results indicate that there are certain risks in flood control
water pollution
and high-quality socio-economic development in areas such as the Hanwu Water Plant water source area
Dunkou water source area
Xiaojunshan
and Yangluo Port area of Wuhan Port in the Wuhan section of the Yangtze River. The article further proposes corresponding control measures based on the evaluation results
and the main research content and conclusions can provide support for the spatial control of the riverbank in the Wuhan section of the Yangtze River.
