光伏组件功率衰减直接影响到组件使用寿命和光伏电站的发电效率。分析了光伏组件功率衰减的影响因素,综述了基于数据驱动和基于失效机理的功率衰减模型研究现状,指出了数据驱动模型与失效机理模型的优势与局限。融合多物理场耦合机制,结合红外光谱等原位表征技术构建微观-宏观关联模型,发展基于数字孪生的智能预测体系是未来研究方向。
