To construct a low-temperature return water cogeneration heating system with multiple units
the impact of external conditions such as urban heating demand
absorption heat stations
and peak shaving heat source settings on system construction was analyzed. The effects of conventional heating system parameters
including design heat load
supply and return water temperatures
and circulating water volume
as well as special parameters such as heating steam stages
maximum design back pressure
and minimum water supply temperature
on system energy efficiency were studied. The distribution and optimization methods of heating parameters for multiple units were also studied. The optimal design maximum back pressure value for unit energy efficiency was discovered.A parameter optimization distribution method for multi-unit heating systems with exergy efficiency as the goal was proposed. It was suggested that increasing the design maximum back pressure
increasing the number of heating stages
and balancing the exhaust steam heat supply of each unit within a certain range can improve the system's exergy efficiency.
