This article briefly introduces the traditional allocation method of park level distribution measurement and peak shaving resources based on the typical day method
and analyzes the technical defects of the traditional method. The data processing process is presented from three aspects: wind power data
photovoltaic data
and newly added load data. A calculation model for optimizing peak shaving resource allocation on the distribution side at the park level
considering the variance of new energy consumption and peak shaving resource output
is proposed. The calculation model includes two parts: optimization objective function and constraint conditions. The constraint conditions mainly include renewable energy output constraints
peak shaving resource output constraints
energy storage state of charge constraints
network constraints
and other factors. The overall process of the main indicators and allocation methods used for peak shaving resource allocation calculation is discussed
and the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified through numerical examples.
