构建新型电力系统是助力实现“双碳”目标的关键举措和必然要求,也是实现能源安全自主、提升产业综合竞争力的必然选择。新型储能具有双向调节、运行灵活等优点,是新型电力系统中的重要构建要素。然而新型储能的建设、运行、维护都需要大量投资,合理配置、科学规划、有序开发建设区域电网独立储能才能促进地区新能源消纳、弥补电力供应缺口、优化地区电源结构。为此,本文提出一种基于时序模拟仿真的区域电网独立储能容量配置及规划布局研究方法。首先,基于变电站全年升降压负荷数据,采用K-means聚类算法生成计及电网不确定性的典型场景,计算变电站下级能够接纳的储能容量;然后,以平抑变电站负荷峰谷为目标,通过时序模拟仿真优化制定储能充放电策略;最后,根据利用率筛选得出地区电网储能规划配置结果,得出储能规划布局结论。以江苏某区域电网为实际算例进行仿真分析,验证所提模型及算法的优越性。
The development of a modernized power system constitutes a pivotal initiative and essential requirement for achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality targets. It further represents an inevitable choice for ensuring energy security autonomy and enhancing comprehensive industrial competitiveness. New-type energy storage(NTES)
characterized by bi-directional regulation capabilities and operational flexibility
serves as a critical component in modernized power systems. Nevertheless
substantial investments are required for NTES construction
operation
and maintenance. Scientific planning and orderly deployment of regionally grid-independent energy storage are imperative to enhance local renewable energy integration
address power supply deficits
and optimize regional generation portfolios. Therefore
this paper proposes a research method of capacity allocation and planning layout of independent energy storage for regional power grids based on time-series simulation. Firstly
based on the annual elevating load data of transformer substation
K-means clustering algorithm is used to calculate the energy storage capacity that can be accepted by substations. Then
with the goal of stabilizing the peak and valley of substation load
the energy storage charging and discharging strategy is optimized by time series simulation. Finally
the results of regional power grid energy storage planning and configuration are obtained according to utilization ranking. Taking a regional power grid in Jiangsu Province as a practical example
the simulation analysis verifies the superiority of the proposed model and algorithm.
