为提高我国电网调峰和可再生能源的消纳能力,挖掘燃煤机组的调峰潜力,提升机组的灵活性已成为未来火电机组的发展趋势。本文以某350 MW超临界机组为研究对象,提出了多种耦合熔盐储能的火电机组灵活调峰系统,通过热平衡计算,对比分析各耦合系统的热力性能和调峰能力。结果表明:熔盐储能系统明显提高机组运行灵活性,有效缓解机组负荷与电价的矛盾,提高机组的调峰深度和顶峰能力;储热过程抽取主蒸汽至凝汽器系统方案调节性能最优,释热过程熔盐加热高压给水调节性能最优,上下调节容量分别可达23.084 MW、31.85 MW;储热过程抽取再热蒸汽至除氧器,释热过程熔盐加热除氧器出口水至低压缸入口热力性能最优,热效率和煤耗率分别为40.06%、307.03 g/kWh,并结合全年电力现货交易峰谷电价时长及占比,熔盐储热系统静态投资约8 750万元,测算年净收益约442万元,静态投资回收期约19.8 a。
It has become the development trend of thermal power units in the future to improve the capacity of peak regulation and renewable energy consumption in China's power grid
tap the peak regulation potential of coal-fired units and enhance the flexibility of units. In this paper
a 350 MW supercritical unit is taken as the research object
and a variety of flexible peak-shaving systems for thermal power units coupled with molten salt are proposed. Through heat balance calculation
the thermal performance and peak-shaving ability of each coupling system are compared and analyzed. The results show that the molten salt energy storage system obviously improves the flexibility of unit operation
effectively relieves the contradiction between unit load and electricity price
and improves the peak shaving depth and peak capacity of the unit. The scheme of extracting main steam to condenser during heat storage has the best regulation performance
and the high-pressure feed water heated by molten salt has the best regulation performance during heat release
with the upper and lower regulation capacities reaching 23.084 MW and 31.85 MW;respectively. Reheat steam is pumped to the deaerator during the heat storage process
and molten salt heats the outlet water of the deaerator to the inlet of the low-pressure cylinder during the heat release process. The thermal efficiency and coal consumption rate are 40.06% and 307.03 g/kWh respectively;Combined with the length and proportion of peak-valley electricity price in spot trading of electricity in the whole year
the static investment of molten salt heat storage system is about 87.5 million yuan
the estimated annual net income is about 4.42 million yuan
and the static investment payback period is about 19.8 years.
