To study the influence of ambient temperature and humidity on the environmental reliability of magnetic-electromechanical coupling energy harvesting device
we designed and fabricated a magnetic-electromechanical coupling energy harvesting device based on cantilever structure. We conducted high- and low-temperature operational tests and alternating damp-heat tests on the device using a multi-physical-field coupled controllable test platform. Three prototypes of the same batch were used for each test. The selected prototypes were subjected to high temperatures
low temperatures
high temperatures plus high humidity
and low temperatures plus high humidity working environments. After being restored to room temperature
the resonant frequency shift was less than 2%
and the output voltage attenuation at the resonant frequency of the device was less than 10%. The mechanical properties of the cantilever beams and the magnetic properties of permanent magnets in the device remained unaffected. Test results show that the energy harvesting device has excellent ability to resist extreme temperature interference and temperature-humidity coupling interference. This research provides data supports and a theoretical basis for optimizing the reliability of energy harvesting devices.
