In the context of frequent extreme natural disasters
ensuring the safe and reliable power supply of the cyber-physical distribution system faces significant challenges. To enhance its post-disaster power supply security and rapid recovery capabilities
this paper proposes an optimization method for isolated microgrid partitioning in cyber-physical distribution systems based on the coupling of energy flow and information flow. First
the communication network model is developed
considering the use of intelligent terminal devices for local area network communication and control within the island
and incorporating factors such as communication data
line bandwidth
and the computational power of intelligent terminals. Next
a multi-type emergency resource scheduling model is established
describing the operational paths and temporal arrangements of mobile communication vehicles and construction teams during emergency communication setup and fault repair. Based on this
a cyber-physical distribution system islanded microgrid partitioning optimization model is proposed
which combines the coupling characteristics of the distribution network and the communication network
and presents a collaborative partitioning scheme for the distribution network and communication network
taking into account both grid-forming power sources and intelligent terminal devices. Finally
the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method are verified through an improved IEEE 33-node example. The results show that the proposed strategy fully considers the coupling relationship between energy flow and information flow
significantly improving load recovery speed while effectively reducing the losses caused by power outages and communication interruptions.
